Cancellation Policy

All sessions booked through the Joompa platform must be cancelled through the platform itself if the user cannot attend the session. If the cancellation occurs less than 12hrs before the session is due to commence, the user will lose the session credit.
IF the cancellation occurs between 2-12hrs from the session being due to commence, the user will receive 50% of the cancellation fee returned to their Joompa Wallet, which can be checked on the Profile page, and used at checkout when purchasing any future sessions or packages.
If the cancellation occurs less than 2hrs before the session is due to commence, no credit will be returned to the user.
If the coach is unable to attend the session for any reason, the coach is able to cancel the session on their own app and the client will receive a notification. Under these rare circumstances no compensation is due to the client, and Joompa reserves the right to manage the consequences received by the coach appropriately. All coach cancellations are tracked.
